Our medical provider is contracted with several private insurance providers. See the Primary Care section below for a full list.
Our counselors are contracted with the following private insurance providers: Blue Cross of Idaho (excluding Mountain View network) , Regence (excluding Mountain View network), Aetna, United, Pacific Source, Select Health (Brightpath, and St. Lukes networks), and Mountain Health Co-op.
During registration you may provide insurance details and we will check your eligibility and benefit information. We encourage patients to also reach out to their insurance provider to verify coverage details.
- Please note that ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance.
- Our clinic is not contracted with Medicare or Medicaid.

Current Special:
1st IM Ketamine Injection session (one injection) is $169, additional IM Ketamine Injection sessions $199 (one injection session) (plus cost of counseling).
Please note that all new ketamine patients are required to complete a 60-minute New Patient Intake appointment before scheduling a Guided Ketamine Session.
Cost: $150 (insurance coverage may apply for Intake appointment, but will not cover ketamine portion of therapy).
