Nicole Castellano is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care through both traditional and holistic approaches. Her healthcare journey began in 2017 after earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Nicole launched her nursing career in the Emergency Department, where she developed a strong foundation in acute care and critical decision-making. Motivated by a desire to take a more comprehensive role in her patients’ long-term health, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Touro University Nevada and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2020.

Since transitioning into advanced practice, Nicole has focused on family medicine, with a particular interest in whole-body wellness. She believes in combining evidence-based medicine with holistic practices to support her patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health. She is also passionate about serving the veteran community and is honored to care for those who have served as well as their families.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog. As a family, they love being outdoors and are excited to explore and become actively involved in their new community.
